What is the warranty period for JCTY UAV drones?

All JCTY UAV products come with a standard 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. Extended warranty options (up to 24 months) are available for purchase.

How do I register my drone for warranty service?

Visit our support portal and create an account. Enter your product serial number (found on the aircraft body) and upload your proof of purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 60 countries worldwide. Shipping methods include DHL, FedEx, and UPS for express delivery, and sea freight for bulk orders.

How do I perform compass calibration?

Compass calibration should be performed in an open area away from metal structures. Enter calibration mode via the app, then rotate the aircraft horizontally 360° until the indicator turns green.

What is the maximum flight altitude?

The default maximum flight altitude is set to 120 meters (400 feet) to comply with most aviation regulations. This can be adjusted in the app settings up to 500 meters for professional users.

How do I update the firmware?

Firmware updates can be performed through our mobile app or desktop software. Connect your aircraft and controller, ensure battery levels are above 50%, and follow the on-screen prompts.
